House update!

Luckily, we've accomplished many things on our home improvement checklist from February. 

FUTURE HOUSE PROJECTS:

- Replace brown interior doors with six panel white doors. Including new hardware

- Install recessed lighting in kitchen

- Paint master bedroom

Paint Trim and baseboards

-Paint closets in hallway

- Buy rug and drapes for dining room

Change almond outlets/light plates to white

- Replace or refinish kitchen cabinets

- Hang up letters in Ty's room

- Hang up shelves in Gabriella's room

- New closet doors for the kid's room

- New vanities for both bathrooms and tubs?

- Fix up the backyard!

- Buy new mirror for kid's bathroom and add decor

ADDED

- Remove plants by pool

- Add recessed lighting above kitchen sink

- Buy decor for shelves in kitchen

- Buy side tables for master

-Artwork in master

-Headboard for master

- Buy/make cushion for wicker love seat on patio. 

-Re caulk tub in kid's bathroom

- New toilet in kid's bathroom

- New toilet in master

-New light fixture in kid's bathroom

- New closet doors in master for Tyler's closet

- Paint my closet doors

- New ceiling fan in family room

- New computer armoire 

- Hutch, buffet or dresser for dining room to store dishes, napkins,water pitchers, etc.

- Replace carpet in all bedrooms. 

-Tile hallway, formal living room, kitchen, formal dining room, and family room

- Fix up side yards

- Replace wood burning fireplace. 

- New door bell for front door

- Install Crown molding

- New lighting by garage

Whew... luckily we have about 30 years to cross things off the list.
