Helpin' his sister out

Ty brushing her hair with a Star Wars action figure

 Her hair is done!
Ty asked if I could put the remaining hair in a pony tail because "it would look silly and a little scary if there wasn't one there."

I love both of them so much! Seriously, cutest siblings ever!

Gabriella is 16 months

Weight: 18 lbs 9 oz

When we walk into church there is a big picture of Jesus and this month you pointed at the picture and said, "Jesus." It melted my heart!

Gabri, Gabri, Gabri. This month you decided to dive over the couch and land on your head. I picked you up to comfort you and kiss you to death. You cried for 2 seconds, smiled then reached for the dinner I was preparing. I am so not use to this type of kid. For one, your brother NEVER did anything like that. Crazy I tell you!

We went to our first story time at our new library. Instead of sitting quietly like ALL of the other kids, you decided it would be better if you were 2 feet away from the teacher... the entire time. At least she thought you were cute. You had a great time and it is something fun that the two of us can do together!

You LOVE doodling. This most definitely helps at church because now I can whip out the crayons and you stay quiet for a few minutes!

You rode a trike at Grandma and Grandpa's house and loved it! This will be something we will need to ask Santa for :)

You are so smart! If I ask you to bring something to me, you usually do.  I can ask you to throw something in the garbage at church or home and you will walk around until you find one.

You love to give hugs and kisses. But are no longer fond of the word please. If you want something, I will say, "Say Please" and you look at me smile and say no. It will take a couple tries, and you will eventually cave or walk away with the cutest annoyed look on your face.

This month, I most definitely realized that you are no longer a baby. You look like a full fledged big girl now. :( It makes me so sad! Although, you're about the same weight/height as a 7 month old you have such a big personality. You have the cutest laugh and smile and your happiness is SO contagious. We get so many compliments on what a cute and sweet girl you are. You bring so much happiness to all of us. I love you baby girl! Even if you almost gave your mama a heart attack when you dove off the couch!

 Always cuddle your glow worm!

Cute kids get popcorn at Target!

Mariah let Gabriella wear her pretty light up Tinkerbell
 She LOVES this baby!!!!
Once again, Lita says you're a big fatso. I swear, she loves you!
 You LOVE Mexican food!
And to feed yourself
 Which you do... really well!
You almost always make it in your mouth
And you like spicy food just like your daddy! You inhaled most of the chips and salsa until Lita said you couldn't have anymore because it wasn't good for you.

1st Annual Camp Andujar

My dad pitched an idea of a family camp out where we would hike, sleep in tents out in our backyard, play games and most importantly, bond as a family. He wanted to make it as realistic as possible. So my fun little appetizers were out of the question :-/ and our stove and oven.  We all loved the idea and planned it for Labor Day weekend. It was SUCH A BLAST! We roasted hot dogs, cut up watermelon, made s'mores, went on a night hike until Ty freaked out because he thought all of the animals outside were trying to get him, swam in the lake (pool), played games and had a archery contest for 2.5 seconds (ahem, dad).
 Welcome to Camp Andujar!

 Gabs just chillin
I must have snapped this picture accidentally, but it's absolutely beautiful.
Erick and Gabriella are by far the darkest in the family!
Guys hanging out by the fire pit!
 She loves Auntie Mariah!
 And Grandpa!!!

I'm OBSESSED with this picture!!! :)
 Night swimming!
 Watching the kids swim

 S'more time!

I had to sneak a picture of Ty sleeping in the tent :)
No TV means board games for the kids!

We all had a great time even though everyone woke up to rain and thundering (except Gabriella and me... she slept in her crib)!  It was such a great experience for the aunts and uncles to bond with the little ones and the grandparents to love on all of the grand kids. Family is so important and we have all decided this will have to be an annual event. We made so many fun memories and the kids LOVED it!
